Pot Luck Groups

• Group 1: Flutes, Oboes, Bassoons, Clarinets, Bass Clarinets

• Group 2: Alto, Tenor and Bari Saxes, French Horns, Trumpets

• Group 3: T-Bones, Baritones, Tubas, Percussionists

^ The Park HS Winter Drum Line will be performing at these events

+ This event is required and not eligible as an optional event. See Mr. Storm for extenuating circumstances.

* Should a team make the playoffs, we may add that event as required.

• Students are required to attend the Nov. 12 Pep Band

• After Nov. 12, students are required to attend 7 of the 9 Pep Band Events. Everyone is encouraged to attend all 9; and if they attend the extra games, letter points will be awarded for each extra game.

• Students missing a pep band event must fill out this google form so Mr. Storm knows what kind of instrumentation to expect. For example, all of the snare drummers can't miss the same game.

• Students are excused if they are on the team at the time of a Pep Band event (but still need to fill out the form)

• Work is not an excuse to miss. You have plenty of time to adjust your work schedule accordingly.

• Students who miss more that 2 will be required to make up the event. See Mr. Storm for details.

• Forms not filled out BEFORE the game may not be approved for excuse or make up.
